Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Participate in developing architectural and interior design concepts for projects.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications using the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit.
• Coordinate with other engineering discipline teams (electrical, mechanical, structural) to ensure design integration.
• Prepare presentation materials and visual graphics to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, specifications, and Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations.
• Conduct necessary reviews and studies to optimize designs for functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
• For Interior Design roles, tasks may include developing interior design packages, including material, color, furniture, and lighting selections.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Academic & Experience Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven relevant experience, preferably on major projects in the Gulf or Middle East region.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (valid or in the process of equivalency) is a significant advantage and often essential for professional practice.
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects within a diverse team environment.

Technical & Personal Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in design software, especially AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural/interior design principles, building science, and materials.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Arabian building systems and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
