Job Description
The appointed Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the company's growth strategies at Medinous Pvt Ltd. This individual will serve as the primary driver for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with new clients, maintaining existing client partnerships, and directly contributing to revenue growth and market presence.
Key Expected Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and strategies to achieve defined growth targets.
- Prospect for new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of deals and contracts with new partners and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare professional proposals and reports for senior management on progress and market performance.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure goal alignment.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance networking and brand promotion.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you are expected to meet the following criteria:
Educational Background and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or strategic sales, preferably within a sector relevant to Medinous's operations.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales and business development targets.
- Experience working in the Saudi market with a deep understanding of its business environment and culture.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Flexibility to travel between Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah as required by business needs.
Job Location
This position is available in three primary locations:
- Riyadh: The capital and financial/administrative center of the Kingdom.
- Dammam: The heart of the Eastern Province and a vital hub for energy and industry.
- Jeddah: The commercial capital and main gateway of the Kingdom.
