Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will hold a pivotal role in leading and executing the company's marketing vision. You will be directly responsible for developing and enhancing the brand's presence in the local and regional market, focusing on acquiring new clients and building loyalty among existing ones. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Executing Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Create an annual marketing plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives, defining budgets and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Leading Digital Marketing Efforts: Manage all digital channels including the company website, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), and email marketing campaigns. This will involve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing.
- Managing Public Relations & Communications: Develop brand messaging and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This may involve media relations and press release preparation.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Managing Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across appropriate channels (e.g., paid social media ads, Google Ads).
- Marketing Content Production: Oversee the creation of engaging and effective marketing content (articles, infographics, videos) that addresses target audience needs and highlights the value of the company's logistics services.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives using appropriate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and prepare regular reports for the management team showing Return on Investment (ROI) and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role (Manager or Supervisor). Experience in the logistics, transportation, or B2B sector is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent command of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools for remote work.
