Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Work Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 to 7 years in business development or sales, preferably within the human resources services, recruitment, or management consulting sector.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate a team, and work independently with high efficiency in time and priority management.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
