Key Expected Responsibilities

- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of facilities management systems, safety standards (e.g., HSE), and camp operational procedures.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, coupled with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning, organization, and priority management skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work and reside on the project site in the Duqm area.
