Job Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise concrete pouring, steel fixing, formwork, and civil finishing works.
• Contribute to solving technical problems that arise during execution in coordination with the engineering team.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule and promptly report any potential delays.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven practical experience of at least 5 to 7 years in supervising construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of building standards and specifications adopted in Kuwait and the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures on construction sites (HSE standards).
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and execution details.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate work teams.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a construction site environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer software and common civil engineering software is an added advantage.
