Job Description
As a Client Advisor at Bulgari, you will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to every client. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and providing professional advice on jewelry, watches, and accessories
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Building long-term client relationships and enhancing brand loyalty
- Maintaining display and presentation standards according to brand guidelines
- Participating in inventory management and daily store operations
- Following up with existing and potential clients through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales
- Fluency in Arabic and English (French or Italian is a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
