Job Description

Accenture Middle East is seeking a GRC Specialist specialized in supporting the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCSA) certification in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting governance, risk, and compliance operations, with a focus on NCSA certification requirements. Key tasks include developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the process of obtaining and maintaining the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCSA) certification.
  • Develop and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and identify security gaps.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance and risk status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the implementation of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to cybersecurity.
  • Provide recommendations for improving security policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and NCSA.
  • Previous experience in supporting cybersecurity certification processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are a plus.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations related to data protection and privacy.
