Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Hostess at Accor, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage the reservation system and efficiently assign tables.
• Provide accurate information about menu items and specials.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the hostess station.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Pleasant, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using reservation and POS systems.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
