Cluster Construction Manager Job - Hill International - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. is currently seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Cluster Construction Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced construction manager to oversee a portfolio of projects.

Job Description

As a Cluster Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of construction activities across a cluster of projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the execution of construction works in accordance with schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinating between various project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring financial performance.
  • Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolving technical and administrative issues that may arise during project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with proven experience in managing a cluster of projects.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
    • Knowledge of international quality and safety standards (ISO, OSHA).
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
