Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. is announcing an exceptional career opportunity for the position of PMO Senior Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing the implementation of best practices in project management, and ensuring the strategic objectives of projects are met within the defined timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Supervise a team of project managers and analysts to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Establish and update project management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Manage risks and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Provide technical and advisory support to project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Jira.
• Deep understanding of the construction or engineering consulting industry.
