Job Description

Hikma Quality, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Representative specializing in Oncology to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling oncology products to key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and specialized physicians. This role requires building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for oncology products within the designated territory.
• Conduct regular visits to physicians, hospitals, and clinics to provide scientific and medical information about products.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and oncologists.
• Organize and conduct medical seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market analysis.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in oncology treatments and market competition.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative, with a strong preference for experience in the Oncology segment.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market.
