Job Overview
The Cluster Hotel Manager will hold a senior leadership position, bearing overall responsibility for the operational, financial, and commercial performance of multiple hotels within ACCOR's portfolio in a specified location or region across the UAE. Reporting directly to senior regional management, the focus will be on leading the management teams at each property to achieve collective strategic goals, elevate service standards, and drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational, financial, and commercial plans and strategies for the hotel cluster to achieve budgetary targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including day-to-day management, guest services, food and beverage operations, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with ACCOR's highest global standards.
- Financial Leadership: Manage budgets, financial forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization for all hotels within the cluster to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Guide, lead, and develop the General Managers and senior management teams at each property, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professionalism.
- Marketing & Sales: Work closely with marketing, sales, and distribution divisions to enhance brand presence, increase market share, and improve rooms and F&B revenue.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure an exceptional and consistent guest experience across all hotels in the cluster, proactively addressing any challenges.
- Owner & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong, professional working relationships with hotel owners, partners, and key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: A proven track record of at least 10 years in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a General Manager position or a similar high-level managerial role overseeing multiple operations.
- Cluster Management Experience: Previous experience managing a cluster of hotels or in a regional supervisory role over several properties is a significant advantage.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality and hotel market in the Gulf region, specifically the United Arab Emirates.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven history of building, leading, and motivating high-performance management teams.
- Financial & Analytical Skills: High proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, report interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Business Acumen: Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategies for revenue enhancement and growth.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written), ability to perform under pressure, solve complex problems, and make decisive decisions.

- Language: Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
