The Cluster Sales Coordinator will serve as the administrative backbone for the sales team. The focus will be on coordinating and facilitating all sales-related activities to ensure operational smoothness and top-tier customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative and Organizational Support: Managing and organizing the sales team's agenda, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal and external meetings with clients and partners.

Qualifications and Core Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven previous experience of at least 1-2 years in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within sales, hospitality, or tourism. Experience in a hotel environment is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a priority for candidates.
