Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The selected consultant will hold a pivotal role within the specialized solutions team, responsible for designing, developing, and presenting advanced Command Center solutions for the company's diverse clientele. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Needs Analysis: Work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their operational requirements and challenges in areas of surveillance, crisis management, and decision-making.
• Technical Solution Design: Propose and design an integrated architectural solution for command centers, encompassing advanced visual display systems (AV Solutions), control systems, data management software, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Technical & Commercial Proposal Development: Prepare detailed Technical Proposals and bids that meet client specifications and highlight the value proposition of the offered solutions.
• Technical Support Throughout Project Cycle: Provide consultative support during various project stages, from sales to delivery, installation, and commissioning, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved.
• Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in command control centers, unified communications systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and applied artificial intelligence.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training and support to clients and internal sales teams on the features and practical applications of the implemented solutions.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Communications) or a related Information Technology field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar field, such as systems engineering, command center solutions consultancy, or sales of complex technical solutions. Experience in the Gulf or Middle Eastern market is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of command center hardware and systems (display walls, audio systems, control units, servers), with knowledge of networking and information security principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage client relationships at various levels.
• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage.
