Job Description

As a Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the company's commercial activities, including market analysis, business strategy development, and managing relationships with clients and suppliers. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the achievement of the company's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve commercial performance
  • Manage commercial contracts and negotiate terms with partners and clients
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sustainable growth
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on commercial activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies
  • Maintain an updated database of clients and suppliers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial business or sales
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in the Saudi market

  • Professional certifications in business (e.g., PMP or CIPS)
  • Experience in contract and procurement management
