Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is announcing an exciting career opportunity for the position of EA Portfolio Lead in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in executive task management and portfolio coordination within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Job Description

As an EA Portfolio Lead, the candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating a portfolio of executive tasks and responsibilities. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing the management of executive schedules and prioritizing tasks.
  • Coordinating important meetings and events with senior management and external partners.
  • Managing the flow of information and reports between different departments.
  • Following up on the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support to the executive team.
  • Preparing periodic reports and analyzing data related to portfolio performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in executive task management or portfolio management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, high organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business environment in Dubai and the Gulf region.
