Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process warranty claims received from customers and service centers.
- Verify the validity of warranty claims according to company and manufacturer policies.
- Coordinate with service and maintenance teams to ensure prompt and efficient warranty services.
- Regularly review and update warranty records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports on warranty performance and analyze data to identify trends and issues.
- Communicate with customers to resolve warranty-related inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve complex warranty issues.
- Contribute to improving warranty processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- UAE National (must provide UAE ID and passport).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warranty management or customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
