Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing contract operating models that support the company's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing current contract management processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Designing new operating models to streamline the contract lifecycle
- Collaborating with procurement, legal, and commercial teams
- Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure model effectiveness
- Preparing periodic reports for senior management on contract performance
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or operating models
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of contract management best practices (e.g., IACCM or WorldCC)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
