Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious strategic leader for the position of Country Manager in the consumer electronics sector in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full oversight of the company's operations in the Omani market, leading the team to achieve growth and revenue targets. This role requires extensive experience in business management within the retail or distribution sector, with a deep understanding of the Omani market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy in Oman in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Manage sales and distribution operations to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Lead and develop a local team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor the financial performance of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.

Required Qualifications
