Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a crucial frontline interface between the company and its clients. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by efficiently and professionally handling inquiries, complaints, and requests. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding products (parts and tires), pricing, availability, order status, and shipping.
- Order Processing: Accurately receive and input customer orders into the system, following them through to completion and ensuring precision in all details.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues related to products or services in a meaningful and effective manner, working towards solutions that satisfy the customer and foster loyalty.
- Basic Technical Support: Provide fundamental information and initial technical support to customers regarding auto parts products, escalating to the specialized technical team when necessary.
- Follow-up: Conduct post-sale or post-issue follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure smooth information flow and meet customer expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven previous experience of at least 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or technical support. Experience in the automotive or auto parts sector is a significant advantage.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to listen effectively and understand customer needs.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook). Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a strong plus.
