Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will hold a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for leading and developing all digital marketing initiatives. The focus will be on translating business objectives into effective, measurable marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Tazamun's overall business goals.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and paid advertising (SEM).
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and audience-relevant content for digital platforms.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the digital marketing team or coordinate with external agencies to ensure excellent execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies in the Saudi and regional market.
- Monitor competitor activity and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Manager or Supervisor).
- A proven portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns you have managed and led.
- Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Technical and Personal Skills:
- Deep hands-on experience managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and their advertising tools.
- Advanced skills in using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- High-level communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, meeting deadlines consistently.
