Job Description

The Director of Sales Leisure will hold a pivotal role in driving and executing sales strategies specifically targeted at the leisure and travel market segment. This individual will be the primary driver for generating revenue through leisure channels, encompassing global and local travel agencies, tour operators, and specialized leisure travel companies. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and revenue management teams to achieve sales targets and increase market share for ENNISMORE's brands within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic sales plan for the leisure segment, aligned with the overall business objectives in the Kingdom.
  • Lead, mentor, and direct the leisure sales team, providing training and support to ensure performance goals are met and exceeded.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key accounts in the leisure sector, including high-end travel agencies and major tour operators.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities and develop competitive value propositions.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, meticulously tracking performance against budget.
  • Represent ENNISMORE at key local and international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events focused on tourism and leisure.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations departments to ensure a flawless customer journey and maximize revenue potential.

Requirements & Qualifications

ENNISMORE is seeking candidates with a proven track record of success in luxury hospitality sales, preferably within an international context.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or equivalent) specializing specifically in the leisure and travel segment.
  • Hands-on experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is a significant competitive advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market dynamics, leisure distribution channels, and revenue management best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic (essential).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera), and sales analytics tools.
  • A dynamic, results-oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to travel as required.
