Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The E-Commerce Manager will be tasked with leading and developing the company's entire online sales strategy. This individual will be the driving force responsible for achieving sales and growth targets through digital channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce plan aligned with overall business objectives. This will involve optimizing the online customer journey and increasing conversion rates.

- Digital Marketing Management: Working closely with (or leading) marketing teams to design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as PPC (Pay-Per-Click), email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring the e-commerce team, which may include marketing specialists, analysts, and content executives. The focus will be on talent development and ensuring effective collaboration to meet goals.
- Budget Management: Setting the budget for the e-commerce department and managing expenditures effectively to ensure a strong Return on Investment (ROI).
Qualifications and Core Requirements
To be eligible for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar leadership role within a fast-paced online retail sales environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), digital analytics tools, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
