Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical) or Business Management, or equivalent proven long-term experience in a similar field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience within an aviation operations or maintenance environment, with at least 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
