• Conducting research on site, context, architectural styles, and materials to inspire and strengthen design concepts.
• Presenting concept proposals to clients and internal teams in a compelling and clear manner.
• Collaborating with detailed design and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and proper evolution of concepts.
• Staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and materials in global architecture and design.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Design from an accredited university. A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
• Proven professional experience of 5 to 7 years in architectural design, with a strong focus on concept development and schematic design.
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative abilities and a deep understanding of massing, space, and light.
• Excellent proficiency in CAD and design software, including but not limited to: Revit, Rhinoceros 3D with Grasshopper, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign).
• High-level communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), with the ability to narrate a design story.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Good understanding of sustainable principles and their application in conceptual design.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the GCC or Omani market.
