Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of critical industrial assets across the company's facilities. The role focuses on proactive analysis to prevent failures and optimize operational efficiency, directly contributing to reduced operational costs and enhanced safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze equipment failure data and operational history to identify patterns and root causes of issues.
• Develop and update Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) plans based on Risk-Based Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Participate in the review of new equipment design and recommend improvements for enhanced reliability and maintainability.
• Manage reliability improvement projects, including equipment upgrades and replacement of critical components.
• Monitor Reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and prepare periodic management reports.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Process teams to implement reliability engineering best practices.
• Contribute to enhancing safety culture by ensuring equipment operates in a safe condition.

Requirements and Qualifications

TASNEE is looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Professional certifications in reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRL) will be a strong advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in reliability or maintenance engineering within the industrial sector, preferably in petrochemicals, manufacturing, or heavy industries.
• Proven experience in applying methodologies like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Strong familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools like vibration analysis, ultrasound, and infrared thermography.

Personal and Professional Skills:

• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
