Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Communication & Leadership Coach to deliver personalized 1:1 coaching sessions to senior executives and leaders in the United Arab Emirates. Your primary role will be to help leaders develop effective communication skills, strategic leadership capabilities, and high-performance team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized 1:1 coaching sessions for senior executives
- Assess leadership needs and develop personalized coaching plans
- Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Coach on transformational leadership and strategic influence
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to achieve goals
- Track progress and adjust strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive and leadership coaching
- Accredited coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or equivalent)
- Fluent English proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
- Deep understanding of Gulf business culture
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
- Experience working with leaders across various industries
Preferred Skills
- Background in organizational psychology or human resources
- Experience with remote coaching using digital platforms
- Knowledge of assessment tools such as 360-degree feedback
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments
