Interfuse Global is announcing an excellent job opportunity for a Field Engineer / Site Engineer position in Oman. This role is ideal for ambitious engineers with experience in field project management and construction supervision.
The Field Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the work site, ensuring projects are executed according to technical specifications and established timelines. They will also coordinate with various work teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of construction and building works on site
- Ensuring implementation of safety and quality standards at all stages of work
- Preparing daily and weekly progress reports
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment
- Resolving technical issues that may arise during work
- Monitoring timelines and ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Managing work teams and assigning tasks to workers and technicians
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field supervision and site management
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project
- Ability to work under pressure in diverse work environments
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
