Sales Executive (Hardware & Building Materials) - Muscat & Salalah, Oman

Job Description
As a Sales Executive in the hardware and building materials sector, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the company's market share in the Muscat and Salalah regions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, distributors, and construction companies.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations to clients and negotiating contracts and terms to meet revenue goals.
- Managing key client accounts and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance and future forecasts for senior management.
- Participating in trade shows and business events to enhance the company's brand presence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of hardware and building materials within the Omani or GCC market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good knowledge of the building materials market in Oman and available products.
- Valid driver's license.
- Personality: Ambitious, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
