Job Description

As a Finance & Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks to ensure efficient financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Preparing periodic financial reports and analyzing financial data.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Handling payments, expenses, and cash receipts.
  • Supporting the administrative team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
