Job Description
As a Pilates Reformer Fitness Instructor at Hilton Hotels, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality individual and group training sessions to guests. You will work within the hotel's health and wellness team, contributing to enhancing the guest experience through innovative fitness programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group Pilates Reformer sessions for hotel guests
- Design customized training programs tailored to each client's needs and abilities
- Maintain Pilates equipment and ensure its cleanliness and safety
- Advise clients on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention
- Collaborate with the hotel's wellness team to organize special events and programs
- Track client progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pilates instructor (Reformer specialization preferred)
- Previous experience in Pilates instruction, preferably in a hotel or spa setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients at different fitness levels
- First aid certification (preferred)
- Motivating personality with the ability to inspire others
