Job Description
The Emirates Group, one of the world's largest and most prestigious airline companies, is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies to enhance inter-departmental communication and ensure effective information flow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with company objectives
- Manage internal communication channels including email, newsletters, and intranet
- Write and edit content in both Arabic and English
- Organize internal events and workshops to promote company culture
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure message consistency
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and provide periodic reports
- Support change management by communicating information to employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital communication tools and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
