Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer will be appointed as the first point of contact for the company, responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients, customers, and visitors. Key responsibilities are expected to include:

  • Greeting guests, visitors, and clients with the utmost professionalism and warmth, creating a positive and lasting first impression.

  • Promptly and courteously responding to customer and visitor inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance regarding company services and available facilities.

  • Working closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Administration, Operations) to ensure seamless coordination of guest services.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role (Guest Relations Officer, Customer Service Representative, Front Desk) within the hospitality sector, multinational corporations, or a professional corporate environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and tactfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • A friendly, flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure and during peak times.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
