Job Description and Responsibilities

The End User Account Manager will play a pivotal role within HP's sales team, serving as the primary point of contact responsible for managing and developing the company's relationships with a portfolio of strategic end-user customers. The focus will be on deeply understanding their business needs and delivering integrated technology solutions from HP that enhance their efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and quotas for the managed accounts.
  • Managing Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key contacts within client organizations, understanding their organizational structures and decision-making processes.
  • Opportunity Identification and Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the scope of HP's products and services utilized by these clients.
  • Solution Presentation and Proposal: Work closely with internal teams (such as technical solutions, marketing, and support) to develop customized, value-driven proposals that address specific customer challenges and requirements.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead contract and terms negotiations, ensuring deals are closed in alignment with company policies and profitability standards.
  • Post-Sale Follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, coordinating delivery and implementation with relevant teams, and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and prepare regular reports on account performance, sales pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements

HP is looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in B2B technology sales and key account management, coupled with a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technology sales or account management, with a demonstrated focus on selling solutions to end-user customers (corporations and enterprises). Previous experience working with prestigious global brands is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HP's product and solution portfolio (or similar IT products), including Personal Computing devices, Printers, related solutions, and Services.
  • Commercial Skills: Excellent business development, negotiation, and account management skills. Ability to translate relationships into sustainable revenue streams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and manage meetings at all executive levels.
  • Personality: A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
