A confidential company in Sohar, Sultanate of Oman, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Secondary Maths to join their educational team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of secondary school Mathematics teachers.
- Oversee the development, review, and implementation of the Mathematics curriculum in line with the latest educational standards.
- Monitor student academic performance and analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize professional development workshops and training sessions for teaching staff.
- Collaborate with school administration and parents to ensure educational goals are achieved.

Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field (a Master's degree is highly preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Previous experience in an administrative or leadership role within an educational setting (e.g., Head of Department, Coordinator).
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate both students and teachers to achieve high performance.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
