Job Description

As a Lifeguard at AccorHotels, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests using the swimming pools and spa facilities. Your key duties will include:

• Continuously monitoring swimming activities to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules.
• Performing rescues and administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order around the pool deck and equipment storage areas.
• Inspecting safety equipment (life rings, rescue poles, etc.) regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborating with the hospitality team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid and recognized Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or public pool.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
• Age: 21 years or older.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional appearance.
