HR Manager – Nada Happiness Group – Muscat, Oman

Nada Happiness Group is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This is a full-time position offering a great opportunity for HR professionals looking to advance their career in a reputable organization.

Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Overseeing employee training and development programs.
  • Conducting performance management and improvement processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with Omani labor laws and regulations.
  • Handling employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Omani labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
