Job Description
The House Manager will be responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of all household activities. Key duties include managing domestic staff, scheduling maintenance and cleaning tasks, handling household budgets and inventory, organizing events and gatherings, and ensuring the highest standards of comfort, security, and privacy for the family.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of household maintenance, budgeting, and procurement.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends if required.
