HSE Manager (Data Center) - Saudi Arabia

Job Description

As an HSE Manager, the candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on data center project sites. You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance with the highest global and local safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific HSE Management Plans.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments (RAs) at all project stages.
• Oversee the implementation of safety procedures during construction and commissioning.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Train and educate project teams on safety best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
• Manage all HSE documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.
• Liaise with local regulatory authorities (e.g., Civil Defense).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• Certifications: NEBOSH (mandatory). OSHA or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 3 years specifically in data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken), strong leadership and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and NFPA standards relevant to data centers.
