Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The appointed HSE Supervisor will be integrated into the Aimfm team, bearing primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with the highest applicable local and international health, safety, and environmental standards across all company sites and activities. - Supervision and Enforcement: Directly supervising the implementation of the company's HSE policies and procedures, ensuring adherence by all employees and contractors on-site.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Conducting regular and thorough risk assessments at project sites or facilities, and developing effective mitigation plans to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Inspection and Monitoring: Performing periodic and comprehensive inspections of equipment, processes, and environmental conditions to identify and eliminate potential hazards to personnel or the environment.
- Training and Awareness: Designing and delivering training and awareness programs for employees and workers on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reporting and Investigation: Preparing detailed safety performance reports, documenting all incidents and injuries, and conducting root cause analyses to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Legal Compliance: Staying updated with the latest changes in local HSE laws and regulations within the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE, ensuring the company's full compliance.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role in Dubai, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related), Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a relevant field. Specialized certifications in HSE are a strong advantage.
- Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 5 years in HSE supervision, preferably within sectors such as construction, industrial operations, or facility management. Experience in the Dubai or wider UAE job market is a significant plus.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international safety management systems (e.g., OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001) and environmental systems (e.g., ISO 14001). Comprehensive familiarity with local UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Personal Skills: Excellent leadership abilities and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Ability to train, persuade, and build teamwork. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Professional Certifications: Possession of recognized professional certifications in safety (such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent) will be a critical factor in selecting the ideal candidate.
Work Environment and Location
