Job Description and Responsibilities

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to ensure the optimal and reliable operation of HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance: Executing regular inspection and maintenance schedules for central AC systems, split units, ventilation equipment, and associated control systems.
• Diagnosing and Repairing Faults: Quickly and accurately identifying the root causes of system malfunctions and breakdowns, and performing necessary repairs to restore efficient operation.
• Monitoring Performance and Efficiency: Inspecting and measuring system performance to ensure required efficiency levels are met, and proposing improvements for energy conservation.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Holders of a high technical diploma with extensive experience may be considered.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, preferably in the Gulf environment with an understanding of its climatic challenges.
