The Indirect Sales Officer will hold a pivotal role in the company's distribution and market expansion strategy. The primary focus will be on building and managing profitable relationships with external sales partners, contributing directly to the company's growth targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Channel Development & Management: Identifying, onboarding, and contracting new sales partners (e.g., distributors, agents, retailers, or technology companies) to enhance product/service reach into new markets.
• Target Achievement: Direct responsibility for meeting assigned sales and revenue targets through indirect sales channels.
• Partner Training & Support: Providing adequate training, marketing materials, and ongoing technical support to partners to ensure their full understanding of the products/services and enable effective sales.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of each channel and individual partner, preparing detailed periodic reports for management on sales volumes, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of marketing and promotional plans and strategies tailored specifically for indirect sales channels to increase market share.
• Relationship Management: Building strong, sustainable working relationships with existing and potential partners, and resolving any conflicts or obstacles that may hinder cooperation.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven work experience in sales, with a focused background in managing indirect sales channels or partner sales. Experience in the Bahraini or GCC market is a significant advantage.
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
