Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Junior Engineer will be assigned to a project site team, responsible for a range of critical tasks that form the foundation of field engineering work. Expected responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the daily supervision of construction site operations, ensuring work is executed according to approved technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Participating in monitoring the quality of materials used and construction methods, reporting any non-conformities or deviations from required standards.
• Assisting senior engineers in preparing daily and weekly progress reports, quantity surveys, and recording site observations.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and foremen, accurately relaying technical instructions.
• Contributing to reading and understanding structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Participating in initial land surveying and measurement activities, verifying implementation levels.
• Strictly adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and site policies, and helping to promote a culture of safety among all workers.
• Utilizing modern software and technologies that aid field and administrative work.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering field from an accredited university.
• Experience: This is an entry-level position. Candidates with internship experience or short practical experience (0-2 years) on a construction site are preferred, but fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Personal Skills:
