Job Description
As a Logistic Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics activities of the company, including:
- Planning and overseeing shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations
- Coordinating with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Tracking shipments and ensuring they meet required standards and specifications
- Managing inventory and ensuring availability of materials for production
- Preparing periodic reports on supply chain performance
- Proactively resolving any logistics issues that may arise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
