Job Description

The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing scalable and reliable machine learning models. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate concepts and algorithms into practical software solutions that meet client needs and drive internal innovation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, training, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models for a wide range of applications.
• Processing, analyzing, and cleaning raw data (Data Preprocessing) to ensure its quality and suitability for modeling.
• Working on the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data exploration to deployment and production.
• Collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into existing products and systems.
• Monitoring the performance of deployed models and ensuring their efficiency and scalability.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and technologies in AI and machine learning.
• Clearly documenting processes, algorithms, and workflows.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience (typically 3+ years) in a similar role as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with an engineering focus.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and its ML libraries such as: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Experience in data manipulation using libraries like Pandas, NumPy.
• Deep understanding of core ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering) and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs).
• Experience working with deployment tools and frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex results.
