Job Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical equipment and systems within a dynamic team environment. The role focuses on developing and implementing proactive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize overall operational productivity. These positions are central to supporting the company's operational and strategic objectives in a fast-paced industrial or technical setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/technical failures, identifying root causes.
• Supervise, guide, and lead technical maintenance teams (especially for the Manager role).
• Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations (local and international).
• Analyze equipment performance data to improve maintenance strategies and planning.
• Prepare regular technical and operational reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Procurement, and Engineering.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining industrial equipment or complex technical systems.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (highly desired for the Maintenance Manager position).
• In-depth knowledge of engineering maintenance principles and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols in industrial settings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications in Maintenance Management or related engineering fields.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
