Required Qualifications and Skills

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Previous hands-on experience in building maintenance, hotels, or large facilities. Experience in a luxury hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC systems, and electrical circuits.
