Job Overview

The successful consultant will be placed within a specialized team responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solution for clients. This role is pivotal in transforming companies' financial operations and empowering them by leveraging the cloud and embedded AI capabilities of the platform. You will work closely with client teams to understand their complex business needs and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead or actively participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration of modules (e.g., Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, General Ledger, Financial Reporting).
• Support & Training: Provide post-implementation technical and consultative support to clients, ensuring optimal system usage. Train end-users and client teams on new functionalities and procedures.
• Development & Integration: Work on specific customizations and developments to meet unique client needs, as well as integration with other systems like the Microsoft Power Platform or third-party applications.
• Consultation: Advise clients on best practices in financial processes and how to align them with the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance to achieve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Project Management: Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and delivery within the defined timeline and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Practical Experience: Proven hands-on experience (typically a minimum of 3-5 years) in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or earlier versions (AX). Experience in a consultancy environment or with a Microsoft Partner company is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial modules within Dynamics 365 Finance. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial practices. Familiarity with related Microsoft technologies like Azure and Power BI is desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Professional Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance (e.g., MB-310) are a strong advantage and will enhance a candidate's profile.
