Job Description

The Nightlife Manager will hold a pivotal role in operating and managing the nightlife venues and atmosphere of the hotel brand. These may include luxury bars, nightclubs, specialty lounges, and evening entertainment spaces. You will be directly responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences while upholding the global standards that define the Ennismore brand.

Key expected responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Operations: Full oversight of the daily operations of nightlife facilities, including managing the team of bartenders, security, DJs, and other staff.
• Guest Experience: Ensuring exceptional service delivery and creating vibrant, engaging atmospheres that align with the brand identity and guest expectations.
• Financial Management: Contributing to financial targets through cost control, inventory management (beverages and supplies), and developing plans to drive revenue.
• Marketing & Promotion: Developing and executing promotional strategies and events (theme nights, special performances) to attract local and tourist patrons and build a loyal customer base.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensuring full compliance with local Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, particularly those concerning licensing, safety, and health. This also includes maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following specifications:

• Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in nightlife management or managing luxury restaurants/bars, preferably within a hotel environment or global hospitality brands.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of bar operations, mixology techniques, and inventory/sales management systems. Strong knowledge of global beverage culture and music.
